I had a bit of trouble finding the apartment initially, as the confirmation email didn't provide the exact apartment number. However, with some help from a friendly neighbor, I managed to locate the right door. Once inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the shared balcony, which offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. The room, although smaller than expected, was clean and comfortable enough for my stay. Despite the shared kitchen and bathroom, I never had to wait too long to use them. I would recommend this homestay for its lovely balcony and decent accommodations.

the apartment was clean and in favourable location not far from the supermarket and many restaurants. i often went to el cafe blau for coffee, it is located 800 feet from the venue. i had room with a bathroom.

The value for money was excellent, with neat rooms and a clean bathroom and kitchen. The host was helpful and despite language barriers, showed us everything we needed. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Sagrada Familia and close to a metro station. The view from the shared balcony was great.
The breakfast offerings could be improved.

This place is mind-blowing! It's super clean, huge, and very safe. The top floor location offers a jaw-dropping view from the balcony. Each room has its own air conditioning, and there's even a washing machine and full kitchen. The friendly owner, elevator, and coffee shop next door add to the convenience. Plus, it's just a short walk to the mall, beach, and all the amazing restaurants in the area. a fantastic stay!
